Privacy policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This page explains what personal data we receive through this website, why we need it and what rights you have. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is Savva Krats, a private individual living in Poland and operating under the name "Krok".
For any question about your data, write to savvakrats07@gmail.com or call / WhatsApp +48 797 230 445.
2. What data we collect
Through the enquiry form:
- your name;
- your country;
- your WhatsApp number, phone number or email;
- the subject you'd like to study and the package you chose (if you entered them);
- your answers to the budget check (if you took it) and the page language.
If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we also see your profile details in that app and the content of the conversation.
We don't ask you to send passport details, documents or other sensitive information through the form.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
- To contact you, answer your enquiry and hold a consultation — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- If you order our services — to provide them (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We don't use your data for marketing and we don't sell it to anyone.
4. Who else has access
- Google Sheets (Google) — a copy of your enquiry is stored in our enquiries spreadsheet in Google Drive.
- Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) — the service that sends the form; data is stored on its servers and forwarded to our email.
- Website hosting and visit statistics (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) — technically processes your IP address when you open the site and counts visits without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Google Fonts (Google) — when fonts load, your browser sends your IP address to Google's servers.
- WhatsApp and Telegram — if you contact us through them, their own privacy policies also apply.
Some of these companies are outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on mechanisms provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
5. How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is kept for no more than 12 months after our last contact if you don't become a client. If you order our services, we keep it for as long as we provide them and then for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict processing;
- move your data to another controller;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing before the withdrawal;
- complain to the supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).
To use any of these rights, write to savvakrats07@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.
7. Do you have to give us your data?
No, it's voluntary. But without a name and a way to reach you, we can't reply to your enquiry.
8. Cookies
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
