About us

Hi, I'm Savva

I study at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. I applied from Belarus and went through the whole process on my own.

The hardest part was the paperwork: what to translate, where to get an apostille, each university's deadlines and how IRK works. The agencies I found were either out of date or very expensive. So I started Krok to help the way I wish someone had helped me.

We're new, and here's what that means for you

We have no reviews yet and we won't invent any. Instead, our first ten students pay 25% less, I answer personally, usually within a day, and when I don't know something you'll hear an honest "let me check and get back to you".

We help you apply to the University of Warsaw, SGH, Warsaw University of Technology, Jagiellonian University, AGH, University of Wrocław, Wrocław Tech, Adam Mickiewicz University, University of Łódź, Gdańsk Tech and other Polish universities.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need a student visa?

If you're from outside the EU, yes. After you receive your acceptance letter you apply for a national D-type student visa at a Polish consulate, and once in Poland you apply for a temporary residence card. Consulate waiting times vary, so start early.

What English level do I need?

Most English-taught programmes ask for B2, proven by a certificate such as IELTS or TOEFL, or by previous education in English. Some universities run their own test. Polish isn't required for English-taught programmes.

When should I start?

Admissions usually run in spring and summer, and each university sets its own deadlines. With a visa to arrange, start 8–12 months before classes begin.

How much does it cost to live in Poland?

It depends on the city and how you live. University dorms are the cheapest option; Warsaw is the most expensive city. We'll give you a realistic monthly budget during the consultation.

Is my school certificate recognised?

Usually you need an apostille or legalisation and a sworn translation, and the university checks recognition itself. We'll tell you exactly what applies to your country.

Can I work while studying?

Yes. Full-time students with legal residence in Poland can work without a separate permit.

How do I pay you?

Basic is paid upfront. Standard and Full support are paid in two parts: half at the start, half after your IRK applications are submitted.

Do you guarantee admission?

No, and no honest agency can: the university decides. We guarantee that your documents are prepared correctly and submitted on time.
