Effective from 21 October 2026. The Polish version (Regulamin) is binding; this text is a translation for convenience.

2. What the services are

The Provider advises and helps with admission to Polish universities: choosing a university and programme, checking and preparing documents, help with the motivation letter, registering and applying in the IRK system, preparing documents for the visa and residence permit, help with housing and first formalities.

The Provider is not a representative of any university and does not guarantee admission: the university decides. The Provider is responsible for doing its own part of the work correctly and on time.

4. How the contract is made

  1. The first consultation is free and creates no obligation.
  2. After the consultation, the Provider sends an offer by message or email: package, price, timing and a link to these terms.
  3. The contract is concluded when the client confirms acceptance in writing and pays the first instalment.
  4. If the client is under 18, the contract is concluded by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Payment

6. Client's responsibilities

The Provider is not responsible for deadlines missed because of the client's delays or incorrect information.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

A client who is a consumer may withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days without giving a reason, by writing to the Provider.

If the client asked for work to start before the 14 days end and then withdraws, they pay for the work already done. If the service has been fully performed with the client's consent (for example, the Basic plan has been delivered), the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

8. Refunds

Refunds are made within 14 days by the same method as the payment.

9. Complaints

Complaints can be sent by email or message. The Provider replies within 14 days.

10. Liability

The Provider is responsible for carrying out its work with due care. It is not responsible for decisions of universities, consulates or authorities, for changes in admission rules and deadlines it could not have known about, or for the consequences of incorrect information from the client. For clients who are not consumers, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the package.

11. Personal data

How data is processed is described in the privacy policy.

12. Final provisions

The contract is governed by Polish law. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of the law of the country where they live. The Provider may change these terms; contracts already concluded remain under the terms in force on the date they were concluded.
